INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2022-23
The Investiture ceremony being the most awaited ceremony by the students was celebrated at Ryan International School, Ambernath on 18th June 2022 in order to fulfill our Chairman Sir's vision to inculcate leadership quality in the students. The programme started at 9:00 a.m. The chief guests for the ceremony were Honorable sub Lieutenant of Indian Navy - Sir Suresh Kumar and Indian Army soldier Sir Chidanand Uddesh Wadennavar.
The programme started by remembering God Almighty by saying the Lord's Prayer, Bible reading followed by the Special prayer. Then the choir sang the Praise and worship song and students danced on it. The welcome speeches were delivered in English and Hindi followed by the welcome song with the dance. As it is our Chairman Sir's vision that 'Each one plant one', to fulfill this vision the guests were felicitated by giving a sapling with the folders and the badges. Followed all the council members were placed in a disciplined line and as the teacher briefly explained about the School parliament, the march song was played and the Ministers along with the house captains with their flags marched and took their positions for the Badging ceremony. All the ministers were badged by the guests and each one introduced themselves and took the oath while badging. After the badging was done the Prime Minister of the school took the oath along with the other Ministers. The President and the Prime Minister of the school shared their views by giving a speech. Then all the council members escorted to their respective place. The programme was continued with a beautiful cultural dance performed by the students.
Both the guests congratulated the newly elected members and gave inspirational speeches which taught them how to be honest in their duties and the importance of healthy lifestyle. Then the vote of thanks was delivered by the students in English and Hindi. The closing chorus was sung and the students performed the dance. The Ryan Song and the National Anthem were sung followed by the photo session of the Council Members with the guests wearing their scarfs and badges holding the saplings which they had brought as a token of their duty towards environment. All were very happy and grateful. It was indeed a moment of pride for Ryan International School, Ambernath.
