NATIONAL DOCTOR'S DAY
National Doctors Day was celebrated in Ryan International School, Ambarnath on 01-07-2022. The Chief guest for the event was Dr. Sandeep Medhe. Sir is the Director of Orkid Children's Hospital, Ulhasnagar. Sir has completed his education from Harvard Medical School, Boston USA, First Hand Advisor - Office of Career services, Harvard University, Specialist in Health Project Monitoring and Evaluation, The World Bank, Washington DC, Advisory Board Member of Institute of Global Health University of California, Panelist, Global Health Work Force 2020-Public Health Institute USA, Competency Sub-Committee Consortium of Universities for Global Health USA, Ex-medical Officer - National Rural Health Mission, Ministry of Health, Government of Maharashtra. An Interactive session of was conducted for Grade IX students on National Doctor’s Day.
The event started with an introductory speech throwing light on why Doctors day is celebrated by the School President Ms. Gojiri Ghandat followed by the Welcome Speech by the School Prime Minister Ms.Payel Maity. welcome Song was sung for welcoming the Chief guest. The Chief Guest was Introduced to the students by Ms. Swati Kohli followed the students felicitated the guest with the sapling and the folder. An Interactive Session was conducted where the Doctor shared his views with the students. The Students had prepared a Questionnaire which they asked from the Doctor and discussed about it.
The students were very enlightened to interact with such a dignified personality. Students jotted the points discussed. The session ended with a vote of thanks given by Ms. Chitra Babu the Head of the School.
